How to cancel your Primepdf subscription

You can cancel your Primepdf subscription at any time through our self-service Cancellation Portal. Cancellation takes about a minute, stops every future renewal, and keeps your access active through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancel my subscription

Cancel in four steps

  1. Click Cancel my subscription above to open the Cancellation Portal.
  2. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout and the confirmation code from your purchase or renewal email.
  3. Follow each on-screen confirmation step until you see the success message.
  4. Save the cancellation confirmation email for your records — it shows your effective cancellation date.

If the portal doesn't load, open it in a private or incognito window, temporarily disable ad blockers or strict privacy extensions, and check that your internet connection is stable. You can also retry from a different device or browser.

What happens after you cancel

Cancellation stops every future renewal. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid period — you keep using all premium features until that date, and no additional charge is taken after it.

Example: if you purchased a one-year subscription on January 1 and cancel on July 1:

  • You keep full access until December 31, so no paid service time is lost.
  • You will not be charged again on the next January 1 renewal date.
